The invention belongs to the technical field of copper foils, and particularly relates to a lifting method for an anti-rust copper foil coil lifting appliance. The two surfaces of an anti-rust copperfoil are provided with anti-rust treatment layers, and the anti-rust treatment layers are composed of zinc. The anti-rust copper foil coil lifting appliance comprises a cross beam, a hanging device, adjusting mechanisms, lifting mechanisms, a synchronizing device and the like, wherein the hanging device is mounted in the middle of the cross beam; the two adjusting mechanisms are symmetrically mounted on the cross beam in a sliding manner; the two lifting mechanisms are respectively mounted on the two adjusting mechanisms; the two adjusting mechanisms move inwards or outwards at the same time through the synchronizing mechanism so that the distance of the two adjusting mechanisms is adjusted; the function of extending out or retracting of bearing rods in the lifting mechanisms can be ensured by utilizing the transmission of corresponding gears and shafts in the adjusting mechanisms; the retraction of the bearing rods can effectively reduce the workload of adjusting the distance of the two bearing rods, so that the work efficiency is improved; and longer extension amount of the bearing rods can maintain the stability during lifting the copper foil coil better, which is beneficial tosafe lifting of the anti-rust copper foil.

    本发明属于铜箔技术领域,尤其涉及一种防锈铜箔卷吊具的吊装方法,防锈铜箔,铜箔两面具有防锈处理层,该防锈处理层由锌构成。它包括横梁、挂接装置、调节机构、吊装机构、同步装置等,其中挂接装置装在横梁中部,两个调节机构对称滑动装在横梁上,两个吊装机构分别安装在两个调节机构上;本发明利用同步机构使得两个调节机构同时向内或向外移动,实现两个调节机构的距离调整;利用调节机构中相应齿轮和轴的传动来保证吊装机构中的承重杆在刚开始调整时能进行伸出或缩进的功能;承重杆的缩进能有效减少工人调整两个承重杆距离的工作量,提高了工作效率;承重杆更长的伸出量能更好维持吊装铜箔卷时的平稳,更有利于安全吊装防锈铜箔。
