The invention relates to an intelligent autonomous temperature control structure and a temperature control method for a deep space impactor. The structure comprises a capacity unit outer cover, a first capacity unit component, a second capacity unit component, a phase change energy storage material and a heat conduction band, wherein the phase change energy storage material is located between thecapacity unit outer cover and the heat conduction band, the phase change energy storage material, the unit outer cover and the heat conduction band are installed in parallel and closely connected in series, and the phase change energy storage material and a control module of the deep space impactor are closely attached through the heat conduction band; and the two components are arranged in the outer cover of the capacity unit. Before the deep space impactor impacts, the two components in the cover of the capacity unit are in a separated state; overload acceleration is generated during impact,the two components are fused to generate heat energy, the heat energy is stored in the phase change energy storage material, and the phase change energy storage material releases energy step by stepafter impact to preserve heat of a control module of the deep space impactor and support survival of the deep space impactor.

    本发明涉及一种深空撞击器智能自主温度控制结构及温度控制方法,该结构包括:产能单元外罩、第一产能单元组份、第二产能单元组份、相变储能材料以及导热带;相变储能材料位于产能单元外罩和导热带之间,三者平行紧贴串联安装,相变储能材料和深空撞击器的控制模块之间通过导热带紧密贴合;两种组份设置在产能单元外罩内部。深空撞击器撞击前,产能单元壳体内的两种组份处于分离状态;撞击时产生过载加速度,两种组份融合产生热能,存储在相变储能材料中,撞击后相变储能材料逐步释放能量,为深空撞击器的控制模块保温,支撑深空撞击器生存。
