The invention discloses a data processing method of a three-dimensional scanning system based on self-moving rail transit. The method comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring data of rail transitby acquiring infrastructure and surrounding environment data along the measured rail transit by using a self-moving rail transit mobile three-dimensional scanning system to obtain laser data, rail contour data, inclination angle data and mileage data, and transmitting the laser data, the rail contour data, the inclination angle data and the mileage data to an upper computer; and (2) multi-source data preprocessing in which an upper computer receives the laser data, the track contour data, the inclination angle data and the mileage data in the step (1), and performs multi-source data fusion processing on the multi-source data to generate a three-dimensional point cloud and a gray level image along the measured track traffic. The upper computer serves as a core to control the processor, one-time data collection is achieved, multi-source data are fused to generate the three-dimensional point cloud set gray level image, and compared with a traditional measurement mode, the data collectionefficiency is improved, and the online safety risk is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于自移动式轨道交通三维扫描系统的数据处理方法,包括以下步骤:((1)轨道交通的数据采集:利用自移动式轨道交通移动三维扫描系统采集被测轨道交通沿线的基础设施及周边环境数据,得到激光数据、轨道轮廓数据、倾角数据及里程数据,并将所述激光数据、轨道轮廓数据、倾角数据及里程数据传输给上位机;(2)多源数据预处理:所述上位机接收步骤(1)的所述激光数据、轨道轮廓数据、倾角数据及里程数据,并对多源数据进行多源数据融合处理,生成被测轨道交通沿线的三维点云及灰度影像。以上位机为核心操控处理器,实现一次数据采集,对多源数据融合生成三维点云集灰度图像,相比于传统测量方式,数据采集效率提高,减小了上线的安全风险。
