A control method of a differential lock control module is used in cooperation with the differential lock control module of a differential lock motor system. The method comprises the steps that S1, acquiring three voltage phase signals P1, P2 and P3 corresponding to the two ends of a differential switch through a phase sensing circuit; S2, transmitting the three phase signals P1, P2 and P3 to an electronic control unit ECM; S3, performing ECM calculation to determine three voltage phase signals P1, P2 and P3 zero crossing point moments and front and back electrical angle ranges [-15 degrees to+ 15 degrees]; and S4, when the two three-phase alternating current motors need to enter the differential lock state from the differential state, making the conduction moment of an ECM output differential switch falls within the electrical angle range, and smoothly converting the two three-phase alternating current motors into the differential lock state; when the two three-phase alternating current motors need to enter the differential state from the differential lock state, making the cut-off moment of the ECM output differential switch fall within the electrical angle range, and smoothly converting the two three-phase alternating current motors into the differential state.

    一种差速锁控制模块的控制方法,配合差速锁电机系统的差速锁控制模块使用;包括步骤S1:通过相位感知电路获取对应于差速开关两端的三个电压相位信号P1、P2、P3;步骤S2:将三个相位信号P1、P2、P3传输给电子控制单元ECM;步骤S3:ECM计算确定三个电压相位信号P1、P2、P3过零点时刻及其前后电角度范围[‑15°~+15°];步骤S4:需要由差速状态进入差速锁状态时,ECM输出差速开关导通时刻落在上述电角度范围,使两个三相交流电机平顺转为差速锁状态;需要由差速锁状态进入差速状态时,ECM输出差速开关截止时刻落在上述电角度范围,使两个三相交流电机平顺转为差速状态。
