The upper parts of the protrusions are in extending connection with the surfaces of the pattern blocks, and the lower parts of the bulges are connected with main groove bottoms; each protrusion at least comprises a middle arc-shaped curved surface, a first side arc-shaped curved surface located on one side of the middle arc-shaped curved surface and a second side arc-shaped curved surface located on the other side of the middle arc-shaped curved surface. The invention further discloses a tire.
