The invention provides a pipeline embedded type gas-liquid separation structure for a fuel tank and the fuel tank; the structure comprises impeller units, the impeller unit is provided with a verticalpartition plate with the upper arc-shaped end face and the lower arc-shaped end face attached to the inner wall of a pipeline, a transverse partition plate is arranged on one side of the vertical partition plate, and the vertical partition plate intersects with the transverse partition plate; the left and right arc-shaped end faces of the transverse partition plate are attached to the inner wallof the pipeline; two spiral partition plates extend from one side of the vertical partition plate and are located in diagonal areas formed by intersection of the vertical partition plate and the transverse partition plate respectively. The arc-shaped edge of the spiral partition plate is attached to the inner wall of the pipeline. The multiple impeller units are combined in a linear mode to form apipeline embedded type gas-liquid separation structure. According to the technical scheme, gas and liquid can be effectively separated, liquid fuel is prevented from entering the carbon canister, thestructure is small, and the internal volume of the fuel tank is not occupied when used in cooperation with the exhaust pipeline.
