The invention relates to an intelligent subway tunnel disease monitoring device. The device comprises a bearing unit, a driving unit, a data acquisition unit and a control unit. The bearing unit comprises a vehicle body; the driving unit comprises a motor; the data acquisition unit comprises a mounting base; the mounting base is connected with a supporting plate, a camera, an infrared scanner anda holographic projector; and the control unit comprises MCU. The invention further relates to a using method of the intelligent subway tunnel disease monitoring device. The using method comprises thefollowing steps: placing the monitoring device at a starting point, and carrying out initialized positioning; activating the device; calculating a path, and enabling the vehicle body to move; collecting data; preprocessing and storing the data; enabling the holographic projector to display in real time; analyzing the data in real time to obtain a disease analysis result, and establishing a tunnelmedical record; and carrying out instant display. Automatic inspection is realized, disease information is returned in real time, the speed is high, the information is accurate, the disease analysis result is obtained immediately, manual participation is avoided, the monitoring efficiency is improved, and the omission ratio is reduced; and personnel safety problems are avoided, vibration is reduced, and the device is stable.

    本发明涉及地铁隧道病害智能监测装置,包含承载单元、驱动单元、数据采集单元、控制单元;承载单元包含车体;驱动单元包含电机;数据采集单元包含安装座;安装座连接支撑板、摄像头、红外扫描器、全息投影器;控制单元包含MCU。本发明还涉及地铁隧道病害智能监测装置的使用方法,包含步骤:将本监测装置放置于起点,初始化定位;激活设备;计算路径,车体运动;采集数据;数据预处理后保存;全息投影器即时将显示;实时分析数据,得到病害分析结果,建立隧道病历;即时显示。本发明自动巡检,实时回传病害信息,速度快、信息准确,即时得出病害分析结果,无人工参与,监测效率提升,漏检率降低;杜绝人员安全问题减少震动,稳固。
