A self-healing safety tire comprises a tire body and waterborne polyurethane-polyurea dispersion liquid utilizing polyester, and adopts wood pulp and the like are used as auxiliary materials to serveas film forming substances, and the film forming substances serve as a tire explosion-proof coating to be applied to a tire lining layer. The water-based polyurethane-polyurea dispersion liquid, namely a film forming substance, is a water-based polyurethane-polyurea dispersion, and is prepared from 250 to 310 parts of adipic acid mixed polyol ester serving as polymer polyol, 40 to 80 parts of isocyanate, and polyisocyanate with isocyanate group functionality of more than or equal to 2, with the isocyanate being TDI, butyl diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI); a solution consisting of 2 to 4 parts of ethylenediamine, 55 to 80 parts of sodium 2-(2-aminoethylamino) ethanesulfonate and water is added and the mixture is stirred to form the stable polyurethane-polyurea dispersion. The PUR dispersion is stable, storable and transportable and coatings with very good wet adhesion strength can be obtained.

    一种自愈合安全轮胎,包括轮胎和用聚酯的水性聚氨酯‑聚脲分散液、并用木浆粕等作辅助作为成膜物质,所述的成膜物质作为轮胎防爆涂层涂覆在轮胎内衬层。水性聚氨酯‑聚脲分散液即成膜物质为水性聚氨酯‑聚脲分散体:包括聚合物多元醇为己二酸混合多元醇酯250‑310份,异氰酸酯40‑80份,异氰酸酯基官能度≥2的多异氰酸酯,异氰酸酯为TDI,丁二异氰酸酯,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI),异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI);再加入乙二胺2‑4份,2‑(2‑氨基乙基氨基)乙磺酸钠55‑80份和水组成的溶液;搅拌后成稳定的聚氨酯‑聚脲分散液。PUR分散体是稳定的,可储存的和可运输的,具有非常好的湿粘合强度的涂层。
