The invention discloses a single-wedge locking self-propelled type jacking device and method, which relates to the technical field of building construction. In order to solve the problem that a counterforce base adopted by existing rail jacking slip method construction depends on manual repeated locking and unlocking, and is low in jacking efficiency, the single-wedge locking self-propelled type jacking device comprises a single wedge locking device and a jacking base which are arranged in a spaced mode as well as a jacking oil cylinder between the single wedge locking base and the jacking base, wherein the single-wedge locking device comprises an oil cylinder counter-force frame and a wedge-shaped slide block; the wedge-shaped slide block is embedded into a wedge-shaped slot of the oil cylinder counter-force frame, and can slide in a length direction of the wedge-shaped slot; the jacking oil cylinder extends to push the wedge-shaped slide block to slide until abutting against a rail tightly; the single-wedge locking device is automatically locked onto the rail to achieve the effect of the counter-force base, so that the jacking oil cylinder reversely pushes a to-be-jacked component connected to the jacking oil cylinder to move by one stroke; the jacking oil cylinder shrinks to pull the wedge-shaped slide block to reversely slide until being separated from the rail, so that thesingle-wedge locking device automatically unlocks and moves towards the jacking direction; and in this way, jacking construction of the component is accomplished.

    本发明的一种单楔锁紧自行式顶推装置及方法,涉及建筑施工技术领域。针对现有有轨顶推滑移法施工采用的反力座依赖人工反复锁定及解锁,顶推效率低的问题。它包括间隔设置的单楔锁紧装置和顶推座,及设置于两者之间的顶推油缸,单楔锁紧装置包括油缸反力架和楔形滑块,楔形滑块嵌设于油缸反力架的楔形槽内并能够沿其长度方向滑动,顶推油缸伸长推动楔形滑块滑动直至其与轨道紧密相抵,单楔锁紧装置自动锁定于轨道并起到反力座的作用,使得顶推油缸反推与其连接的待顶推构件移动一个行程;顶推油缸收缩拉动楔形滑块反向滑动直至其轨道分离,单楔锁紧装置自动解锁并向顶推方向移动;如此反复,直至完成构件的顶推施工。
