The invention discloses a modular rigid ceramic tile assembly. The ceramic tile assembly comprises a single ceramic tile prefabricated body and a fixing structure used for integrating the single ceramic tile prefabricated body. In the invention, the single ceramic tile prefabricated body is integrated on the fixed structure so that standardized and modular assembly of the ceramic tile prefabricated body is realized, and meanwhile, an expansion platform is provided for realizing environmental parameter measurement; a ceramic tile is installed on a metal bottom plate, and a strain isolation padis arranged between the ceramic tile and the metal bottom plate, serves as a transition layer between the ceramic tile and the metal bottom plate and is used for releasing dependent variables, causedby different linear expansion coefficients, of the two materials; hole sites of the metal bottom plate are in one-to-one alignment with the positioning holes in edges of ring frame corners of a metalframework; and fixing insertion pieces are used for fixing, fixing rods of the fixing insertion pieces are inserted into the corresponding hole sites and the corresponding positioning holes, the connecting holes in the fixing insertion pieces are further fixedly connected with the metal framework through fastening screws, a fixing effect of the fixing insertion pieces is achieved, and a falling risk of the ceramic tile is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种模块化刚性陶瓷瓦组件。包括单一陶瓷瓦预制体和用于集成所述单一陶瓷瓦预制体的固定结构;本申请具体地利用单一陶瓷瓦预制体集成到固定结构上,实现陶瓷瓦预制体标准化、模块化装配,同时为实现环境参数测量提供拓展平台;将陶瓷瓦安装在金属底板上,陶瓷瓦与金属底板之间设置有应变隔离垫,其作为陶瓷瓦与金属底板之间的过渡层,用以释放两种材料因线胀系数不同导致的应变量;金属底板的孔位与金属骨架的环框角边缘处的定位孔一一对齐,再利用固定插片进行固定,固定插片的固定杆插入相应的孔位和定位孔内,进一步地利用紧固螺丝将固定插片上的连接孔与金属骨架固接,实现固定插片的固定效果,降低陶瓷瓦脱落风险。
