The invention discloses a static sealing structure of a propeller rotating shaft of an underwater vehicle. The static sealing structure solves problems that dynamic seal of a propeller of the underwater vehicle is complex in structure and inconvenient to assemble and disassemble. A shaft end of a propeller driving shaft extends out of an outer side of a stern flange of the underwater vehicle is sealed in a barrel through a non-magnetic sealing round barrel (4); the non-magnetic sealing barrel and the stern flange of the underwater vehicle are sealed through a static sealing mode; a magnetic N-pole inner sleeve (7) sleeves the shaft end (3) of the propeller driving shaft; a propeller hub (9) of the propeller movably sleeves the cylindrical surface of the outer side of the non-magnetic sealing barrel; and a magnetic S-pole outer sleeve (11) is arranged in a hole of the propeller hub, and when the magnetic N-pole inner sleeve rotates along with the shaft end (3) of the propeller driving shaft, the propeller hub and propeller blades rotate along with magnetic force transmission of the N-pole magnetic inner sleeve and the magnetic S-pole outer sleeve so that the transmission of a rotating torque between the output shaft of the motor and the propeller is realized.
本发明公开了一种水下航行器螺旋桨转轴的静密封结构,解决了水下航行器螺旋桨的动密封存在结构复杂和安装拆卸不方便的问题。将伸出到水下航行器艉部法兰外侧的螺旋桨驱动轴的轴端,通过无磁密封圆桶(4)密封在桶内,无磁密封桶与水下航行器艉部法兰之间,是采用静密封的方式进行密封的,在螺旋桨驱动轴轴端(3)上套接磁性N极内套筒(7),将螺旋桨桨毂(9)活动套接在无磁密封圆桶的外侧圆柱面上,在螺旋桨桨毂的孔内设置有磁性S极外套筒(11),当磁性N极内套筒随螺旋桨驱动轴轴端(3)旋转时,通过N极磁性内套筒与磁性S极外套筒的磁力传递,使螺旋桨桨毂及桨叶也跟随旋转,实现了电机输出轴与螺旋桨之间转动力矩的传递。
