The embodiment of the invention discloses an adjustable turbine blade maintenance auxiliary tool for a public service ship. The tool comprises a bottom plate. A top plate is arranged at a top of the bottom plate, a first long support is arranged at the bottom of the top plate, a second long support is movably arranged on a back side of the first long support, first short supports are movably arranged at the top and the bottom of the first long support, and second short supports are movably arranged at the top and the bottom of a second long support. The top plate is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to move downwards to the outside of the groove so that the bottom plate is close to a turbine blade. After the bottom plate is near the turbine blade, a hoop is taken out and placed between a turbine blade shaft and a ship body. The turbine blade is fixed after the turbine blade shaft is clamped, small tools are placed in a second tool box, large tools are placed in a first tool box, and a maintenance tool is fixed by a magnetic attraction plate through magnetism. The auxiliary tool is a movable structural design, can be stored in a ship body when not used, has a tool containing function,and is convenient to use and good in practicability.

    本发明实施例公开了一种可调式公务船用涡轮叶片维修辅助工装,包括底板,所述底板的顶部设有顶板,所述顶板的底部设有第一长支架,所述第一长支架的背侧活动设有第二长支架,所述第一长支架的顶部以及底部均活动设有第一短支架,所述第二长支架的顶部以及底部均活动设有第二短支架。本发明通过液压缸带动顶板下移至凹槽的外部,使底板靠近涡轮叶片,底板位于涡轮叶片附近后,取出卡箍置于涡轮叶片轴与船体之间,卡住涡轮叶片轴后固定涡轮叶片,小型工具置于第二工具盒中,大型工具置于第一工具盒中,磁吸板通过磁性固定维修工具,该辅助工装为活动式结构设计,不使用时可收纳至船体中,且具有工具放置功能,便于使用,实用性好。
