The invention discloses a planet wheel capable of automatically adjusting a wheel track and a working method thereof. The planet wheel comprises a wheel carrier, a wheel carrier housing, a driving gear, a driven gear, a fixed synchronous belt wheel, a movable synchronous belt wheel, a star wheel, a bevel gear assembly, a distance adjusting motor, an inclination angle sensor, an angle sensor, an electromagnetic clutch, a servo motor, a controller and the like. The driving gear, the driven gear, the fixed synchronous belt wheel, the movable synchronous belt wheel, the star wheel and the angle sensor are installed on the wheel carrier, the bevel gear assembly, the distance adjusting motor and the inclination angle sensor are installed on the wheel carrier housing, the electromagnetic clutch and the servo motor are connected with a driving shaft, and the controller is installed on a wheelchair or a stair climbing machine body. By detecting data of the angle sensor and the inclination anglesensor, the controller is used for controlling opening and closing of the electromagnetic clutch, forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor and the number of rotating turns of the distance adjusting motor, functions of automatically adjusting the wheel track and climbing stairs are achieved, an application scene of the planet wheel is expanded, and operation is safe, convenient and fast.

    本发明公开了一种自动调节轮距的行星轮及其工作方法,包括轮架、轮架罩壳、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、固定同步带轮、移动同步带轮、星轮、锥齿轮组件、调距马达、倾角传感器、角度传感器、电磁离合器、伺服电机、控制器等;主动齿轮、从动齿轮、固定同步带轮、移动同步带轮、星轮及角度传感器安装在轮架上,锥齿轮组件、调距马达及倾角传感器安装轮架罩壳上,电磁离合器和伺服电机连接主动轴,控制器安装在轮椅或爬楼机机身上。本发明通过检测角度传感器和倾角传感器的数据,利用控制器控制电磁离合器的开合、伺服电机的正反转和调距马达的转动圈数,实现自动调节轮距及爬楼功能,拓展了行星轮的应用场景,操作安全、便捷。
