The invention discloses a power supply device based on high-frequency chopping. The device comprises the following components: a first supporting capacitor connected with an intermediate DC link of atraction branch; a one-way inversion unit connected with the first supporting capacitor in parallel; an isolation transformer, wherein the input end of the isolation transformer is connected with thefirst supporting capacitor and the one-way inversion unit respectively; a rectification unit connected with the output end of the isolation transformer; and a chopping unit, wherein the input end of the chopping unit is connected with the output end of the rectification unit in parallel, and the output end of the chopping unit is connected with a load. According to the invention, the power supplydevice based on high-frequency chopping is based on a high-frequency design, can effectively reduce the weight of the system and improve the working efficiency of the system by adopting an SIC power device and a high-frequency isolation transformer and simultaneously canceling a filter inductor in the existing system, and is suitable for being applied to high-speed and low-axle-load electric locomotives.

    本发明公开了一种基于高频斩波的供电装置,包括以下部件:第一支撑电容,所述第一支撑电容与牵引支路中间直流环节连接;单向逆变单元,所述单向逆变单元与所述第一支撑电容并联;隔离变压器,所述隔离变压器的输入端分别连接所述第一支撑电容和所述单向逆变单元;整流单元,所述整流单元与所述隔离变压器的输出端连接;以及斩波单元,所述斩波单元的输入端与所述整流单元的输出端并联,所述斩波单元的输出端连接负载。本发明提出的基于高频斩波的供电装置基于高频化设计,通过采用SIC功率器件、高频隔离变压器,同时取消现有系统中的滤波电感,可有效降低系统重量,提高系统工作效率,适用于高速、低轴重电力机车的应用。
