The invention provides an intelligent retarder cooling control system. The intelligent retarder cooling control system comprises an engine, a retarder, a first two-position three-way electromagnetic valve and a second two-position three-way electromagnetic valve; and the intelligent retarder cooling control system is characterized in that the engine, the first two-position three-way electromagnetic valve and the second two-position three-way electromagnetic valve are connected in series through a cooling water pipe to form a first engine cooling loop; the retarder is connected with the first two-position three-way electromagnetic valve and the second two-position three-way electromagnetic valve of the first engine cooling loop in parallel through the cooling water pipe. According to the intelligent retarder cooling control system and the control method thereof, the relationship between retarder cooling and energy saving is effectively solved, when the retarder does not work, cooling liquid does not flow through the retarder, the water resistance is reduced, the warming-up time is prolonged, and meanwhile, when the retarder needs to work, the cooling liquid is controlled to completely flow through the retarder, so that the heat dissipation requirement of the retarder is met.

    本发明提出了一种智能化缓速器冷却控制系统,包括发动机、缓速器、第一两位三通电磁阀和第二两位三通电磁阀,其特征在于:所述发动机、第一两位三通电磁阀和第二两位三通电磁阀通过冷却水管串联形成第一发动机冷却回路,所述缓速器通过冷却水管并联连接第一发动机冷却回路的第一两位三通电磁阀和第二两位三通电磁阀。本发明有效解决了缓速器冷却与节能之间的关系,在缓速器不工作时,使冷却液不流经缓速器,降低水阻,提升暖机时间,同时在缓速器需要工作时,控制冷却液全部流经缓速器,满足缓速器自身的散热需求。
