The invention provides a sidewall rubber composition of a low-rolling-resistance tire. The sidewall rubber composition comprises the following components: 40-80 parts by weight of natural rubber, 20-60 parts by weight of modified polybutadiene rubber, 30-80 parts by weight of carbon black, 1.5-5 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 0.5-10 parts by weight of stearic acid, 1-4 parts by weight of paraffin,1-3 parts by weight of tackifying resin, 0.4-11.5 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent, 0.5-5 parts by weight of sulfur, and 0.4-2 parts by weight of an accelerant. Compared with the prior art, therubber composition provided by the invention has the following advantages: the modified polybutadiene rubber is added, and carbon black is added and dispersed into the rubber, so the hysteresis performance of the rubber composition is greatly reduced; energy loss caused by the deformation of the sidewall and the heating of the sidewall can be reduced, so the rolling resistance of the tire is reduced, and the rubber composition can well reflect the control and comfort performance of the structural design of the tire; and the sidewall of the tire prepared from the rubber composition is not easyto crack and has prolonged service life.

    本发明提供了一种低滚阻轮胎的胎侧橡胶组合物,包括:天然橡胶40~80重量份;改性聚丁二烯橡胶20~60重量份;炭黑30~80重量份;氧化锌1.5~5重量份;硬脂酸0.5~10重量份;石蜡1~4重量份;增粘树脂1~3重量份;防老剂0.4~11.5重量份;硫磺0.5~5重量份;促进剂0.4~2重量份。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的橡胶胶组合物的添加改性聚丁二烯橡胶,同时加入炭黑分散于橡胶中,从而大幅降低橡胶组合物的滞后性能,可降低胎侧形变导致的能量损失,还可降低胎侧发热,进而降低了轮胎的滚动阻力,从而使其可良好反应轮胎结构设计的操控与舒适性能,并且使用该橡胶组合物制备的轮胎胎侧不易龟裂,延长了使用寿命。
