The invention belongs to the field of hoisting construction methods, and particularly relates to a hoisting construction method of an irregular steel box. By means of the BIM technology, hoisting simulation design is carried out according to a three-dimensional model, whole process changes of the steel box, a main crane and an auxiliary crane during hoisting construction can be obtained, and the positions of hoisting points of the steel box in the vertical posture and the in-position posture are designed out accurately; meanwhile, by means of the BIM technology, through the actual situation istheoretically simulated, virtual hoisting is carried out in software in advance, postures are converted in two times (the horizontal posture is converted into the vertical posture and the vertical posture is converted into the in-position posture), the steel box can incline in two directions which are not planes in space, and therefore the building construction period is shortened, the construction cost is reduced, the foreign technological monopoly is broken through, and the safety risk can be reduced; and meanwhile, only one main crane is needed, the construction cost is further reduced, meanwhile, the needed work space is reduced, and the requirement for the work space in the hoisting construction period is reduced.

    本发明属于吊装施工方法领域,具体涉及一种不规则钢箱体吊装施工方法,利用BIM技术,依照三维模型进行吊装仿真设计,能得到钢箱体和主、辅起重机在吊装施工中的全过程变化,并准确设计出钢箱体垂直立式姿态和就位姿态下的吊装点位置,同时利用BIM技术通过理论模拟实际,在软件里提前进行虚拟吊装,分两次姿态转换(水平卧式姿态变为垂直立式姿态、垂直立式姿态变为就位姿态),使不规则钢箱体完成空间上不为平面的两个方向的倾斜,因此,缩短了建设工期,降低了施工成本,突破国外技术垄断,而且能够降低安全风险;同时采用的主起重机仅需一个,进一步降低了施工成本,同时所需作业空间减少,即降低了吊装施工过程中对作业空间的要求。
