The invention discloses a cart operation mechanism of a crane. The cart operation mechanism comprises driving units and variable-frequency speed regulating devices. The four driving units are symmetrically mounted at the four corners of the crane, the two variable-frequency speed regulating devices each control the two driving units on the same side, and each driving unit comprises a motor and a braking wheel coupler. Each braking wheel coupler is fixedly mounted at one end of a shaft of the corresponding motor, and the other end of each braking wheel coupler is connected with a speed reducer.A brake is mounted on a braking wheel of each braking wheel coupler. According to the cart operation mechanism of the crane, the speed reducers are horizontally mounted, all stages of gears of the speed reducers can be lubricated well, input shafts and output shafts of the speed reducers are arranged on different sides, the universal couplers are convenient to repair and replace, the output shafts of the speed reducers, the universal couplers and wheel shafts are coaxial, and the bearing service life of the universal couplers is greatly prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种起重机的大车运行机构,包括驱动单元和变频调速装置,四个所述驱动单元对称安装在起重器的四个边角,两套所述变频调速装置分别控制同一侧的两个驱动单元,所述驱动单元包括电动机和制动轮联轴器,所述制动轮联轴器固定安装在电动机轴的一端,所述制动轮联轴器的另一端连接有减速器,所述制动轮联轴器的制动轮上安装有制动器。本发明所述的一种起重机的大车运行机构,通过将减速器进行卧式安装,能够对减速器各级齿轮进行良好润滑,减速器的输入轴与输出轴异侧布置,万向联轴器维修更换方便,减速器输出轴、万向联轴器和车轮轴三轴同轴,极大提高了万向联轴器的轴承寿命。
