The invention relates to a flow stabilizer for the flow inlet of a water-jet propeller. When the water-jet propeller installed on a ship body is in a working state, part of inflow at the flow inlet (2) of the water-jet propeller is water flow flowing close to the ship body (C); the speed gradient of the part of water flow is large and smaller than ship speed according to the boundary layer theory,and the part of non-uniform inflow caused by the ship body greatly influences the efficiency of a propelling system. The invention aims to stabilize the flow speed of the flow inlet and eliminate theinfluence of the non-uniform flow speed of the flow inlet on the efficiency of the water-jet propeller. The following engineering effects can be realized: a group of fins are arranged at the flow inlet along an inflow direction to correct the inflow direction and stabilize the flow speed of the flow inlet. The inflow stabilizer for the water-jet propeller comprises an inflow grid (1), a group ofinflow holes (2) and a group of flow stabilizing fins (3). According to a model test result, with the flow stabilizer adopted, speed distribution at the flow inlet is uniform, streamline distributionis uniform, and a flow separation flow field is fine.
安装于船体上的喷水推进器处于工作状态时,喷水推进器入流口(2)处的进流有一部分为贴近船体(C)部分流动的水流,根据边界层理论这部分水流的速度梯度大且小于船速,该部分由船体导致的非均匀入流对推进系统的效率影响很大。本发明旨在稳定进流口流速,消除进流口不均匀流速对喷水推进器效率的影响。可以实现的工程上的效果是:通过在入流口处沿来流方向设置一组鳍片,以修正来流流向,稳定入口流速。所提出的实现这一喷水推进器进流稳流器包括:一个进流格栅(1);一组进流孔(2);一组稳流鳍片(3)。根据模型试验结果,所述喷水推进器进流稳流器技术效果在入流口处速度分布均匀、流线分布均匀,流动分离流场精细。
