The invention discloses a battery management system function safety monitoring method, a device for the logic implementation and integration of the battery management system function safety monitoringmethod, and a vehicle comprising the battery safety monitoring system. Basic functions of charging, discharging, communication and the like are realized; on the basis of the electrochemical featuresof batteries, the function safety monitoring target value of a battery management system is set, the states of the battery management system in an actual operation scene are obtained; failure and danger influencing the normal operation of the battery management system are identified through fault diagnosis; whether the function abnormality of the battery management system reaches the safety monitoring target value or not is judged; and function safety control is performed on the battery management system. The battery management system function safety monitoring device comprises a sensor module, a monitoring module and an actuator module. With the device adopted, the unsafe management problems of overvoltage, overcurrent, overvoltage and the like are solved, a harm occurrence probability is reduced, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
