The invention discloses a box culvert hoisting mechanism. The box culvert hoisting mechanism comprises a mechanism body capable of moving in the extending direction of a tunnel and a hoisting assemblyarranged on the mechanism body. The hoisting assembly comprises a bearing support which is connected to the mechanism body in a turnover manner and used for bearing a box culvert, limiting pieces arranged on the left side and the right side of the bearing support, and pressing pieces arranged on the bearing support and corresponding to the limiting pieces. The limiting pieces can penetrate into the box culvert from an opening in the lower end of the box culvert in a matched manner and are abutted to the inner side wall of the box culvert. The pressing pieces can move in the direction close tothe limiting pieces and press the box culvert against the limiting pieces, or move in the direction away from the limiting pieces and are separated from the box culvert. According to the box culverthoisting mechanism, one side wall of the box culvert is limited and clamped through the limiting pieces and the pressing pieces, the box culvert can be fixed to the bearing support, shaking of the boxculvert in the hoisting process is avoided, the box culvert hoisting stability is guaranteed, and potential safety hazards are eradicated while subsequent installation precision is improved.

    本发明公开了一种箱涵吊装机构,包括能够沿着隧道的延伸方向移动的机构本体、设于机构本体上的起吊组件,起吊组件包括可翻转的连接于机构本体上的用于承载箱涵的承载支架、设于承载支架左右两侧的限位件、设于承载支架上且与限位件相对应的设置的压紧件,限位件能够配合的自箱涵的下端开口穿入箱涵中并抵接于箱涵的内侧壁,压紧件能够沿着靠近限位件的方向运动并将箱涵抵压于限位件上,或,沿着远离限位件的方向运动并脱离箱涵。本发明的箱涵吊装机构,通过限位件和压紧件将箱涵的一侧壁限位并夹紧,使得箱涵能够固定于承载支架上,避免了吊装过程中箱涵的晃动,保证了箱涵吊装的稳定性,提高后续安装的精准度的同时杜绝了安全隐患。
