The invention relates to a steel structure truss installation and construction all-in-one machine. The machine comprises a connecting ring, hoisting ropes, fixing buckles, positioning mechanisms, locking mechanisms and connecting mechanisms, wherein the upper end of the connecting ring is connected with a hoisting hook, the lower end of the connecting ring is connected with the hoisting ropes, theouter walls of the hoisting ropes are sleeved with the positioning mechanisms correspondingly, the tops of the positioning mechanisms are provided with the locking mechanisms correspondingly, every two positioning mechanisms are connected and fixed through the corresponding connecting mechanism, the bottoms of the hoisting ropes are connected to a truss arc-shaped rod through the fixing buckles correspondingly, first semicircular clamping plates and second semicircular clamping plates are hinged to the upper ends of hinged supports correspondingly, the inner walls of the first semicircular clamping plates and the inner walls of the second semicircular clamping plates are located on the outer sides of the hoisting ropes correspondingly, and first rubber strips are embedded into the tops ofthe first semicircular clamping plates correspondingly. According to the machine, the swing amplitude of a truss in the installation process can be effectively reduced, guarantee is provided for follow-up truss alignment operation, and meanwhile the machine has the characteristics of being high in practicability and safety.

    本发明涉及一种钢结构桁架安装施工一体机,包括连接环、起吊绳索、固定卡扣、定位机构、锁定机构和连接机构,连接环的上端与起吊钩相连,连接环的下端连接有起吊绳索,起吊绳索的外壁套接有定位机构,定位机构的顶部安装有锁定机构,两个所述定位机构之间通过连接机构连接固定,起吊绳索的底部通过固定卡扣连接在桁架弧形杆上,铰座的上端分别铰接有第一半圆夹紧板和第二半圆夹紧板,第一半圆夹紧板和第二半圆夹紧板的内壁位于起吊绳索的外侧,第一半圆夹紧板的顶部嵌入有第一橡胶条,本发明,能够有效的降低桁架在安装过程中的摆幅,为后续桁架的对准作业提供了保障,同时,具有实用性强和安全性强的特性。
