The invention relates to a method for realizing rapid opening and closing an elevator door system. The method comprises the following steps that S1, when a door is opened, a door knife plate is inserted between two rollers of a lock arm and a swing arm, the door knife plate rotates clockwise along with a rotating shaft under the action of a driving motor, and in the clockwise rotating process of the door knife plate, the lock arm overcomes the acting force of an ejector rod of a pressing spring and rotates anticlockwise to disengage from a wedge hook; S2, when the door is closed, the door knife plate rotates anticlockwise along with the rotating shaft under the action of the driving motor, when the door knife plate rotates anticlockwise to 90 degrees, a convex plate is in butt joint with agroove of a left baffle, when the door approximates to be closed, a supporting rod impacts a limiting screw to be disengaged from the lock arm, and the lock arm rotates clockwise under the action ofthe ejector rod of the pressing spring to be engaged with the wedge hook; and S3, a circuit safety switch is switched on, and a pendulum bob is added at the tail end of the lock arm to serve as a counterweight so that the lock arm and the wedge hook can be buckled under the gravity action of the counterweight pendulum bob when the pressing spring fails. According to the method for realizing opening and closing the elevator door system, it is guaranteed that the elevator door is safely and rapidly opened and closed.

    本发明涉及一种实现电梯门系统快速开合的方法,S1、开门时,门刀板插入锁臂和摆臂的两个滚轮中间,门刀板在驱动电机的作用下随转轴顺时针旋转,当门刀板顺时针旋转的过程中,锁臂克服压簧的顶杆作用力,作逆时针回转脱离楔钩。S2、关门时,门刀板在驱动电机的作用下随转轴逆时针旋转,当门刀板逆时针旋转至90°时,凸板与左边挡板的凹槽相对接,当门接近关闭时,撑杆撞击限位螺钉作用下与锁臂脱离,锁臂在压簧顶杆的作用下顺时针转动与楔钩啮合上锁。S3、接通电路安全开关,在锁臂末端增加摆锤作为配重,使摆臂在压簧失效下可以依靠配重摆锤的重力作用,使锁臂和楔钩扣合。本发明提供的电梯门系统开合方法,保证电梯门安全、快速的开启和关闭。
