The invention discloses a laying and recovering device for an underwater operation lifting cabin. The device comprises an operation mother ship, an overturning track for bearing and guiding a liftingcabin main body to move and a fixed track for bearing and guiding the lifting cabin main body to move, the fixed rail is installed on the operation mother ship in a tiled mode, a turnover rail is installed on the operation mother ship in a turnover mode and can be switched between the two states that the turnover rail is in butt joint with the fixed rail in a tiled mode and extends downwards to the underwater through turnover movement. The laying and recovering device further comprises a first turnover driving device used for driving the turnover rail to do turnover movement. The device has the advantages of being capable of achieving automatic distribution and recovery of the lifting cabin, high in safety and efficiency, simple and compact in structure, low in cost, easy and convenient tocontrol and the like.

    本发明公开了一种水下作业提升舱的布放及回收装置,包括作业母船、用于承载及引导提升舱主体移动的翻转轨道和用于承载及引导提升舱主体移动的固定轨道,固定轨道以平铺形式安装在作业母船上,翻转轨道以可翻转方式安装在作业母船上并能通过翻转运动在以平铺形式与固定轨道对接和向下延伸至水下这两种状态之间转换,布放及回收装置还包括用于驱使翻转轨道翻转运动的第一翻转驱动装置。本发明具有可实现提升舱的自动布放和回收,安全性和效率高、结构简单紧凑、成本低、控制简便等优点。
