The invention relates to a car coupler automatic centering device and an assembling method thereof. The automatic centering device for the car coupler comprises: a mounting base; a pivoting center shaft detachably and fixedly mounted in the vertical direction relative to the mounting base, wherein the lower end of the pivoting center shaft partially extends out of the lower portion of the mountingbase; a centering shell installed at the lower end of the pivoting center shaft in a pivoted mode and located below the mounting base, wherein a lower opening is formed in the bottom shell of the centering shell, and lateral through holes are formed in the left side shell and the right side shell of the centering shell respectively; a centering disc which is arranged in the centering shell and can be detachably and fixedly connected to the lower end of the pivoting center shaft located in the centering shell through the lower opening of the centering shell; and a left centering torque generation assembly and a right centering torque generation assembly which are arranged on the two sides of the centering disc in a bilateral symmetry mode respectively, penetrate through the lateral throughholes in the corresponding sides respectively and are detachably and fixedly installed corresponding to the lateral through holes. The automatic centering device for the car coupler is easy to assemble and low in manufacturing cost.

    本发明涉及一种车钩自动对中装置及其组装方法。本发明的车钩自动对中装置包括:安装座;枢转中心轴,其相对安装座沿上下方向可拆卸地固定安装,并且其下端部分地伸出在安装座下方;对中壳体,其可枢转地安装在枢转中心轴的下端上并位于安装座的下方,并且其底部壳体上开有下开口、其左右两侧壳体上分别开有侧向通孔;对中盘,其设置在对中壳体内部并且能经由对中壳体的下开口可拆卸固定连接在位于对中壳体中的枢转中心轴的下端头;以及左对中扭矩生成组件和右对中扭矩生成组件,它们分别左右对称地布置在对中盘的两侧,并分别贯穿相应侧的侧向通孔而对应该侧向通孔地可拆卸地固定安装。本发明的车钩自动对中装置易于组装、制造成本低。
