According to the scheme, the temperature control system of the air conditioner is tightly combined with the fuel cell heat dissipation system, so that the problem of high-temperature heat dissipation of the low-voltage fuel cell is solved, the problems of low-temperature starting and running of the fuel cell below 0 DEG C are solved, and short-time low-temperature storage of the fuel cell is realized; preheating of the fuel cell is fully utilized to introduce warm air in the vehicle for use, and the hydrogen utilization rate of the whole vehicle is increased.
