When determining that the current running state of the whole vehicle is that the vehicle entersthe station or decelerates, preferably, the super capacitor feeds back braking energy, the fuel cell provides vehicle power output; when a vehicle enters a station or decelerates, the whole vehicle isin a braking energy feedback state; preferably, the super capacitor is charged, when the charging of the super capacitor reaches a threshold value, the power battery is charged, and the charging anddischarging times of the power battery are reduced by preferably charging the super capacitor, so that the service life of the power battery of the fuel battery and power battery hybrid electric vehicle is prolonged, and the cost of the fuel battery and power battery hybrid electric vehicle is reduced.
