The invention discloses an electric crane including an energy feedback system, the energy feedback system comprises an adjusting type interface module, an adjusting type power supply module, a motor module, a control unit and a motor. When the motor is in a power consumption state, power grid side three-phase alternating current is rectified into direct current through the adjusting type interfacemodule and the adjusting type power supply module, and then the direct current is inverted into three-phase alternating current with the frequency required by the operation of the motor through the motor module. When the motor is in a power generation state, the motor outputs electric energy to the motor module, after the voltage of a direct bus rises to exceed a threshold value, the control unitcontrols the adjusting type power supply module, and the adjusting type power supply module feeds back the electric energy output by the motor to a power grid. The electric energy generated by the motor is recycled and fed back to the power grid through the energy feedback system, and the energy-saving effect is achieved.
