The invention discloses an early warning method for a danger-avoiding lane of a long downhill section of an expressway. The method comprises the following steps of creating a highway long wheel hub temperature rise model of the downhill road section; collecting the temperature of hubs of vehicles running in a lane, the environment temperature and vehicle parameters through an infrared thermometer,a thermometer and an intelligent checkpoint which are installed on the roadside of an expressway, wherein the vehicle parameters comprise the speed, the acceleration, the axle number and the licenseplate number; enabling the infrared thermometer, the thermometer and the intelligent bayonet to output the temperature of a vehicle hub, the environment temperature and vehicle parameters to the control system host, and enabling the control system host to determine the total mass of a vehicle according to the read corresponding relation between the number of vehicle axles and the total mass of thevehicle; then calling a hub temperature rise model to calculate the theoretical temperature of the tested vehicle hub, comparing the theoretical temperature with the actual temperature of the vehiclehub, and finally controlling the system host to output prompt information. The method can reduce misinformation and improve system reliability.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路长下坡路段避险车道预警方法,包括以下步骤:建立高速公路长下坡路段车轮毂温升模型;通过安装在高速公路路侧的红外测温仪、温度仪、智能卡口采集车道内行驶的车辆轮毂温度、环境温度及车辆参数,所述的车辆参数包括速度、加速度、轴数和车牌号;所述的红外测温仪、温度仪和智能卡口将车辆轮毂温度、环境温度及车辆参数输出给控制系统主机,所述的控制系统主机通过读取的车辆轴数与车辆总质量的对应关系确定车辆总质量;然后调用轮毂温升模型计算测试车辆轮毂的理论温度,再将该理论温度与车辆轮毂实际温度进行对比,最后控制系统主机输出提示信息。本方法可以减少误报,增加系统可靠性。
