The invention relates to a heat-conducting rubber material and a rubber track. The preparation method of the rubber material comprises the step of mixing the raw material composition; wherein the rawmaterial composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a rubber raw material; 20 to 30 parts of carbon fiber subjected to first pretreatment; 25-35 parts of hexagonalboron nitride powder subjected to second pretreatment; 25 to 35 parts of nanometer powder subjected to third pretreatment; wherein the average length of the carbon fibers ranges from 3 mm to 10 mm; wherein the average particle size of the hexagonal boron nitride powder is 10 [mu]m-200 [mu]m; wherein the average particle size of the nano powder is 5 nm-100 nm, and the nano powder is selected fromone or more of metal powder and metal oxide powder; wherein the first pretreatment comprises the steps of firstly treating the carbon fiber by using a silane coupling agent, and then carrying out etching treatment by using CO2 plasma; wherein the second pretreatment comprises the step of treating hexagonal boron nitride powder with a silane coupling agent; wherein the third pretreatment comprisesthe step of treating the nano-powder with a solution containing octadecylamine and stearic acid.
