The invention discloses a modular installation method for a small turbojet engine. The modular installation method comprises the following steps: step 1, disassembling an engine into an engine body and an exhaust nozzle; step 2, disassembling the rear fuselage of an aircraft into a rear fuselage mounting frame, a front structural beam and a rear structural beam; step 3, hoisting an engine main body in the rear fuselage mounting frame, and reinstalling the front structural beam on the rear fuselage mounting frame; step 4, fixing the engine main body on the rear fuselage mounting frame by adopting a main mounting section and an auxiliary mounting section, and remounting the rear structural beam on the rear fuselage mounting frame; step 5, mounting the exhaust nozzle from the tail of the rearfuselage mounting frame, and then connecting the tail of the engine body with the exhaust nozzle. The engine and the aircraft rear fuselage are disassembled in a modular mode; on the premise that fewframe beams are disassembled, the engine can be conveniently installed on the rear fuselage installation frame according to the disassembled modules, so that the installation efficiency of the engineis greatly improved, the installation time is saved, and the overall strength of the rear fuselage installation joint is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种小型涡喷发动机模块化安装方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、将发动机拆解为发动机主体和尾喷管;步骤2、将飞机后机身拆解为后机身安装架、前结构梁、后结构梁;步骤3、在后机身安装架中吊装发动机主体并在后机身安装架上重新安装前结构梁;步骤4、采用主安装节和辅助安装节在后机身安装架上固定发动机主体并在后机身安装架上重新安装后结构梁;步骤5、将尾喷管从后机身安装架的尾部装入,然后在发动机主体的尾部连接尾喷管;通过模块化拆解发动机与飞机后机身,在拆解较少框梁的前提下实现将发动机按拆分的模块在后机身安装架上进行便捷安装,大大提高了发动机的安装效率、节省了安装时间、保证了后机身安装节的整体强度。
