The invention provides a variable working condition adjusting system and method for a secondary circuit cooling water system. The system comprises a seawater loop and a fresh water loop which are respectively formed by connecting two seawater pipelines and a fresh water heat exchange pipeline in parallel. Each seawater pipeline is provided with a seawater pump, a seawater ball valve, a seawater-fresh water heat exchanger unit and a seawater flow regulating valve, and the fresh water heat exchange pipeline and a cooling water user pipeline form internal circulation. On the basis of the design mode of the split type heat exchanger, the different heat exchange amount requirements of the cooling water system under variable working conditions are met by switching the on-off state of the heat exchanger, so that the adjusting requirement of a cooling user branch flow adjusting valve can be lowered, and flow adjusting distribution and flow-induced noise control of the cooling water system arefacilitated.
本发明提出一种二回路冷却水系统变工况调节系统及方法,包括海水回路和淡水回路,分别由两条海水管路及淡水换热管路并联组成,海水管路上均设有海水泵、海水球阀、海淡换热器单元和海水流量调节阀,淡水换热管路与冷却水用户管路形成内循环。本发明利用分体式换热器的设计方式,通过切换换热器启闭状态,匹配变工况时冷却水系统的不同换热量需求,可降低冷却用户支路流量调节阀的调节需求,利于冷却水系统的流量调节分配与流致噪声控制。
