The invention discloses anti-interference and high-precision intelligent railway axle counting equipment, and belongs to the field of railway axle counting equipment. The equipment comprises a Hall element, a permanent magnet, a shell and a control circuit. The Hall element and the permanent magnet are symmetrically arranged in the shell vertically; the control circuit is arranged on the shell; the control circuit and the Hall element are connected with the positive and negative poles of a power supply; the permanent magnet generates a constant magnetic field in the induction range of the Hallelement; the side face of the shell is vertically downwards installed on the inner side wall of a railway steel rail.
