The invention discloses an improved powder tank truck which comprises a tank body used for loading, separating and drying materials. A pipeline system used for conveying gas and discharging materialsis arranged on the tank body. Gas chambers are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the tank body and higher than a fluidized bed, gas inlets for introducing gas are formed in the gas chambers, and gas outlets for discharging the gas are further formed in the gas chambers; flow limiting plates are arranged in the gas chambers; and gaps allowing a gas flow to pass through and rectifying and accelerating the gas flow exist on the flow limiting plates and/or between the flow limiting plates and the walls of the gas chambers. A fluidized bed is arranged at the bottom of the tank body in the length direction of the tank body, the fluidized bed has at least two flow dividing strips or at least one convex point structure, and breathable materials are laid on the flow dividing strips or the convex point structures and cooperate with the breathable materials to form a fluid channel. The gas chambers are moved upwards, the improved fluidized bed is used, and the intelligent ash discharging system is additionally arranged in the powder tank truck, so that a problem of ash accumulation of three parts, where ash is easily accumulated, of a traditional powder tank truck is solved.
