The invention discloses a direct-current charging gun for an electric automobile. The direct-current charging gun comprises a handle assembling module, an electronic lock assembling module, a plug insulator assembling module and a tail accessory assembling module. When the direct-current charging gun is assembled, a waterproof rubber pad is assembled at the connecting part of each part of each module and a handle. When the handle assembly is assembled, a handle reverse buckle cooperates with a clamping groove of a cable locking cap to realize mutual fixation. A plug terminal is fixed on the cable through a terminal crimping machine. A pin O-shaped ring is assembled on the plug terminal; the pin is assembled in a plug insulator and the pin is fixed by a plug cover plate. After all modules are assembled, all assembling modules are assembled together and thus the total assembling of the charging gun is completed. According to the charging gun, the structure is simple, the electrical performance of electronic components in the charging gun can be effectively protected, the charging stability and of the electric vehicle is improved, the first-level waterproof and dustproof level and themodular assembly mode are achieved, and the assembly efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车直流充电枪,包括有手柄装配模块、电子锁装配模块、插头绝缘体装配模块、尾部附件装配模块直流充电枪装配时,模块的每一个零部件与手柄的连接部分都装配有防水的橡胶垫,在进行手柄的组件装配时,通过手柄倒扣和线缆锁紧帽的卡槽相互配合,起到相互固定的目的,插头端子通过端子压接机固定在线缆上,插头端子上装配有插针O型圈,插针装配在插头绝缘体中,插针通过插头盖板固定,当各模块装配完成后,再把所有装配模块装配在一起,这样充电枪的总装配即完成,本发明结构简单,能有效的保护充电枪内部的电子元器件的电气性能,提高电动汽车充电稳定性一级防水防尘等级,模块化装配模式,提高装配的效率。
