The invention discloses an auxiliary swing arm system of a robot, which comprises a connecting base, a self-locking motor installed at the rear end of the connecting base, and a transmission shaft rodtransversely penetrating through the interior of the connecting base, wherein the swing arm mechanism comprises a supporting plate, a supporting rod and a rotating cylinder, the supporting rod and the rotating cylinder are installed at the two ends of one side of the supporting plate respectively, the rotating cylinder is sleeved with a driven gear through a bearing, the exterior of the supporting rod is connected with an auxiliary gear through a bearing, and the auxiliary gear and the driven gear are sleeved with a transmission belt. According to the auxiliary swing arm system of the robot,firstly, the swing arm mechanism is connected to the exterior of the transmission shaft rod in a sleeving mode and fixed by connecting screws, the swing arm can be assembled and disassembled accordingto requirements, and the flexibility of the swing arm mechanism of the robot in use is improved; and fourthly, convex pins are arranged on the outer surface of the transmission belt, and meanwhile, the transmission belt is externally sleeved with a rubber pad, so that the transmission belt can be inserted into the ground when the robot chassis moves, and the road holding force of the robot chassis is increased.
本发明公开了一种机器人辅助摆臂系统,包括连接座、安装在连接座后端的自锁电机以及横向贯穿连接座内部的传动轴杆,摆臂机构包括支撑板以及分别安装在支撑板一侧两端位置的支杆和转动筒,所述转动筒的外部通过轴承套接有从动齿轮,所述支杆的外部通过轴承连接有副齿轮,且副齿轮和从动齿轮的外部套有传动带。本发明所述的一种机器人辅助摆臂系统,一是通过在传动轴杆的外部套接摆臂机构,并由连接螺钉进行固定,能够根据需要对摆臂进行安装与拆卸,提高机器人摆臂机构使用的灵活性,四是通过在传动带的外表面设置凸销,同时在传动带的外部套接橡胶垫,能够在机器人底盘移动时,插入到地面,增加机器人底盘的抓地力。
