The invention discloses a composite material front floor single bottom plate of a passenger vehicle. The single bottom plate is a composite variable-thickness bottom plate, a left threshold inner plate and a right threshold inner plate are arranged on the left side and the right side of the single bottom plate, the left bottom plate is located on the right side of the left threshold inner plate, the right bottom plate is located on the left side of the right threshold inner plate, a central channel is formed between the left bottom plate and the right bottom plate, and a central control box mounting plate is arranged above the central channel. According to the composite material front floor single bottom plate designed by adopting the structure disclosed by the invention, the characteristics of easy integration, large-scale manufacturing, small curing shrinkage rate and low linear expansion rate of the composite material are utilized, through the variable-thickness structural design ofthe composite material, one-time curing forming is conducted on a single mold pressing mold, the size precision and the appearance integrity of the assembly are improved, the weight of the bottom plate is greatly reduced, the number of molds, tools and detection tools is reduced, and thus the assembling and manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明公开一种乘用车复合材料前地板单体底板,单体底板为复合材料变厚度底板,其中左侧门槛内板、右侧门槛内板设置在单体底板的左、右两个边侧,左底板位于左侧门槛内板的右侧,右底板位于右侧门槛内板的左侧,左底板、右底板之间为中央通道,中央通道上方为中控箱安装板。采用本发明结构设计的复合材料前地板单体底板,其利用复合材料的易整体化、大型化制造、固化收缩率小和线涨率低的特点,通过复合材料可变厚度结构设计,在单一模压模具上一次固化成型,提高了总成尺寸精度和外观完整性,大幅降低底板重量,减少模具、工装和检具的数量,从而降低装配制造成本。
