The invention provides a supporting device and an overhead working truck, and relates to the technical field of special vehicles. The invention aims to optimize the structure of an auxiliary frame ofthe overhead working truck to a certain extent and improve the supporting stability of the auxiliary frame during vehicle operation. The supporting device comprises a main box body, horizontal telescopic supporting legs and vertical telescopic supporting legs. The main box body is arranged in the horizontal direction, and the horizontal telescopic supporting legs are connected to the main box body. The vertical telescopic supporting legs are vertically arranged at the ends, away from the main box body, of the horizontal telescopic supporting legs and are in one-to-one correspondence with the horizontal telescopic supporting legs. The horizontal telescopic supporting legs comprise the first telescopic supporting leg, the second telescopic supporting leg, the third telescopic supporting legand the fourth telescopic supporting leg which are connected with the main box body. The first telescopic supporting leg and the third telescopic supporting leg are located on one side of the main boxbody, and an angle is formed between the first telescopic supporting leg and the third telescopic supporting leg. The second telescopic supporting leg and the fourth telescopic supporting leg are located on the other side of the main box body, and an angle is formed between the second telescopic supporting leg and the fourth telescopic supporting leg.
