The invention discloses an energy feedback control system and an electric commercial vehicle. The energy feedback control system comprises a travel switch, a brake pedal, a battery pack, a vehicle control unit and an integrated high-voltage cabinet, wherein the integrated high-voltage cabinet comprises a motor controller and a battery management system, the high-voltage cabinet is connected with the battery pack through a high-voltage wire, the travel switch and the brake pedal are connected with the vehicle control unit through a CAN bus for information interaction, and the vehicle control unit and the high-voltage cabinet are connected through a CAN bus for information interaction; the vehicle control unit is used for collecting the opening degree of the travel switch and the opening degree of the brake pedal, fitting and calculating feedback torque according to different working conditions and calibrating a real vehicle under different road conditions, so that the complete vehicle is enabled to be in a high-efficiency feedback energy state. On the basis of low cost, safety and reliability, the energy feedback efficiency of the electric commercial vehicle is improved to the maximum extent, and the endurance is enhanced.

    本发明公开一种能量回馈控制系统及电动商用车,包括行程开关、制动踏板、电池包、整车控制器和集成式高压柜,所述集成式高压柜包括电机控制器和电池管理系统,高压柜与电池包由高压线连接,所述行程开关和制动踏板分别与整车控制器间、整车控制器与高压柜间均由CAN总线相连进行信息交互;所述整车控制器用于采集行程开关开度及制动踏板开度,根据不同工况进行拟合计算回馈扭矩,并进行实车不同路况标定,使整车处于高效率的回馈能量状态。本发明使电动商用车在低成本和安全可靠的基础上,最大限度的提高能量回馈效率,增强续航能力。
