The invention relates to a die for preparing an anti-collision girder, a preparation method of the anti-collision girder, and the anti-collision girder. The die for preparing the anti-collision girdercomprises a die body and a movable insert, wherein the die body is provided with a hollow cavity extending along the length direction and used for preparing the anti-collision girder, and comprises at least two sub dies connected end to end along the length direction; and the movable insert can be plugged between the two adjacent sub dies and is provided with a hollow cavity arranged coaxial to the die body. The separable-structure and length-adjustable die for the anti-collision girder is adopted, and the movable insert is plugged into a separable rea of the die body, so that anti-collisiongirders with different lengths can be prepared through one set of die body and multiple movable inserts, multi-vehicle universality and platformization can be realized, and the development cost and the preparation cost of the die for the anti-collision girder are effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种用于制备防撞主梁的模具、防撞主梁的制备方法及防撞梁,包括:模具主体,具有沿其长度方向延伸且用于制备防撞主梁的空心腔体,模具主体包括沿其长度方向首尾相连的至少两个子模具;可移动镶块,能够插装于相邻两个子模具之间,且具有与模具主体同轴设置的空心腔体。采用可分离结构且长度可调整的防撞主梁的模具,通过在模具主体的可分离区插入可移动镶块,使得仅通过一套模具主体及多个可移动镶块即可实现不同长度防撞主梁的制备,能够实现多车型通用及其平台化,有效降低防撞主梁模具的开发成本以及制备成本。
