The circuit comprises an anti-interference power supply module, anoverload protection module and a rectification control module, a common-mode inductor LF1 in the anti-interference power supply module filters electromagnetic interference signals generated in alternating current, and resistance interference signals are discharged; the overload protection module obtains the voltage provided by the anti-interference power supply module, the operational amplifier U1adjusts the voltage conduction path according to the obtained voltage value, a voltage reduction circuit is formed by a resistor R6, a resistor R7 and a resistor R8, and the situation that the temperature of internal devices rises due to the fact that the voltage of a main circuit is too large, and consequently the safety of output voltage is affected is prevented. The rectification control module converts alternating current into direct current through a transformer TR1; and then the converted voltage is subjected to voltage stabilization processing through a bridge type voltage stabilizer DRT, a capacitor C6 and a resistor R10 form a rectifying circuit, and the converted direct current positive electrode end is controlled through a triode Q1, so that the safety of the voltage of the charger in AC/DC conversion is protected.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车AC/DC转换充电机过载保护电路及过载控制方法,包括:抗干扰电源模块、过载保护模块、整流控制模块,所述抗干扰电源模块中共模电感LF1对交流电中产生的电磁干扰信号进行过滤,阻值干扰信号外放;过载保护模块获取抗干扰电源模块提供的电压,运算放大器U1根据获取电压值调节电压导通路径,通过电阻R6、电阻R7和电阻R8组成降压电路,防止主电路电压过大导致内部器件温度升高,从而影响输出电压的安全;整流控制模块通过变压器TR1将交流电转换成直流电,再通过桥式稳压器DRT对转换后的电压进行稳压处理,电容C6和电阻R10组成整流电路,在通过三极管Q1对转换后的直流电正极端进行控制,从而保护充电机在AC/DC转换中电压的安全。
