The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted lithium battery temperature regulation and control system. The system comprises a box body, a heat dissipation structure and a controller, wherein the box body comprises an upper box body and a lower box body, and the upper box body is provided with a box cover; the heat dissipation structure comprises copper nets, a first airflow channel, a second airflowchannel, a heat exchange device, a heat storage and release device and a heat dissipation device, the copper nets are arranged in the upper box body at intervals to enable two adjacent copper nets toform a battery clamping space, and the first airflow channel and the second airflow channel enable airflow to circulate in the channels to enable heat to be transferred to the heat storage and release device or released to the outside when the temperature in the upper box body is too high; when the heat in the upper box body is low, the heat in the heat storage and release device is transferred to the upper box body; and the controller is electrically connected with a first temperature sensor, an energy sensor, a first electric control valve, a second electric control valve, a third electriccontrol valve and an airflow accelerator. The system has the characteristics of enhancing the use safety of the battery, maintaining good charge and discharge characteristics of the battery and the like.

    本发明公开了一种车载锂电池温度调控系统,其包括:箱体,包括上箱体和下箱体,所述上箱体设置有箱盖;散热结构,其包括铜网、第一气流通道、第二气流通道、热交换装置、储热放热装置和散热装置,所述铜网间隔设置在所述上箱体内以使相邻两块铜网形成电池夹持空间,第一气流通道、第二气流通道使气流在通道内循环以使上箱体中温度过高时,热量转移至储热放热装置或者释放至外界;上箱体中的热量较低时,储热放热装置中的热量转移至上箱体;控制器,其分别与所述第一温度传感器、能量传感器、第一电控阀门、第二电控阀门、第三电控阀门和气流加速器电性连接。本发明具有增强电池使用的安全性以及维持电池良好充放电特性等特点。
