The heat exchanger comprises a current collecting piece and a heat exchange tube, wherein a containing cavity is formed in the current collecting piece, the containing cavity is formed in the length direction of the current collecting piece, a mounting hole is further formed in the current collecting piece, and the mounting hole communicates with the containing cavity; and the heat exchange tube extends into the mounting hole, and in the length direction of the heat exchange tube, the length of the portion, extending into the mounting hole, of the heat exchange tube is less than or equal to the hole depth of the mounting hole. According to the heat exchanger, the current collecting piece is provided with the containing cavity and the mounting hole, so that a refrigerant can be dispensed into the mounting hole through the containing cavity and then distributed in the heat exchange tubeinstalled in the mounting hole; and in the length direction of the heat exchange tube, the length of the portion, extending into the mounting hole, of the heat exchange tube is smaller than or equal to the hole depth of the mounting hole, so that the heat exchange tube in the mounting hole does not form a separation groove in the containing cavity of the current collecting piece, the accumulationamount of lubricating oil in a current collecting pipe is reduced, and the oil return performance of the heat exchanger and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger are improved.

    本发明提供了一种换热器、换热系统、家用电器和车辆,换热器包括:集流件,集流件内形成有容纳腔,容纳腔沿集流件的长度方向设置,集流件上还设有安装孔,安装孔与容纳腔相连通;换热管,换热管伸入安装孔内,其中,沿换热管的长度方向,换热管伸入安装孔内的部分的长度小于或者等于安装孔的孔深。本发明提供的换热器,集流件上设有容纳腔和安装孔,冷媒可由容纳腔分配到安装孔内,进而分配到安装在安装孔内的换热管内,在换热管的长度方向上,换热管伸入安装孔内的长度,小于等于安装孔的孔深,从而使得安装孔内的换热管不会在集流件的容纳腔内形成分隔槽,减少了集流管内润滑油的积累量,提高了换热器的回油性能和换热器的换热效率。
