The invention provides a double-layer pipe connection structure and a double-layer pipe connection method. The double-layer pipe connection structure comprises a pipe penetration piece which is connected to a hull partition wall in a penetrating manner and an inner pipe and an outer pipe which are connected to the ends of the pipe penetration piece, wherein the inner pipe is arranged in the outerpipe, and the pipe penetration piece is of a hollow structure; the pipe penetration piece is provided with a first groove and a second groove in any end of the pipe penetration piece; a distance between the groove wall of the first groove and the groove wall of the second groove is d, wherein the value range of d is 3 to 6 mm; the inner pipe is inserted into the end of the pipe penetration piece;the outer wall of the inner pipe abuts against the groove wall of the first groove; the inner pipe and the pipe penetration piece are welded; the outer pipe is buckled on the end of the pipe penetration piece; and the inner wall of the outer pipe abuts against the groove wall of the second groove. Through the adoption of the technical scheme, the inner pipe, the outer pipe and the pipe penetrationpiece of the double-layer pipe can be firmly connected, the size of the outer pipe is reduced, and the inner pipe and the outer pipe can be conveniently welded to the pipe penetration piece, so thatthe hull strength is ensured to be high.

    本发明提供了一种双层管连接结构及双层管连接方法,包括穿接在船体隔壁上的通舱管件和连接在通舱管件的各端部的内管和外管,内管位于外管内部,通舱管件为中空结构;在通舱管件的任一端部上,通舱管件设置有第一凹槽和第二凹槽,第一凹槽的槽壁与和第二凹槽的槽壁之间的距离为d,其中d的取值范围为3-6mm,内管插接在通舱管件的端部且内管的外壁与第一凹槽的槽壁相抵接,内管和通舱管件之间相焊接,外管扣接在通舱管件的端部且外管的内壁与第二凹槽的槽壁相抵接,外管和通舱管件之间相焊接。采用本发明技术方案,能够保证双层管的内管、外管和通舱管件牢固连接,减小外管的尺寸,且能够便于内管、外管与通舱管件实现焊接,从而保证船体强度高。
