The invention relates to a guy system for an offshore floating crane. The system comprises two identical guy steel wire rope systems arranged on the crane. Each guy steel wire rope system comprises areel, a driving mechanism thereof, a transition pulley, a groined shaft, a shackle and an anti-rotation sleeve, wherein the reel and the driving mechanism thereof are placed on a turntable under a cantilever crane of the crane or at the root position of the cantilever crane, the transition pulley and the groined shaft are installed on the cantilever crane, a guy steel wire rope (4) is unwound fromthe reel, penetrates through the transition pulley and the groined shaft and is connected with the shackle and the anti-rotation sleeve, and the guy steel wire rope (4) is separated from the cantilever crane through the groined shaft and is connected with a hoisted object. Compared with the prior art, the system has the characteristics of being stable in structure, long in service life, applicable to all offshore operations and the like.
