The invention discloses a steel pipe transferring mechanism for loading and unloading a steel pipe hanging bracket. The steel pipe transferring mechanism comprises a support, and a hanging bracket clamping mechanism is arranged on the support. The hanging bracket clamping mechanism comprises a sliding mechanism sliding along the support, and a first clamp capable overturning for clamping is arranged at the end, away from the support, of the sliding mechanism. An unlocking mechanism for demounting the steel pipe hanging bracket is arranged on the support. When the steel pipe transferring mechanism is adopted for transferring a steel pipe, and the hanging bracket clamping mechanism clamps the steel pipe hanging bracket of the steel pipe which is obtained before spraying or after spraying tobe driven by the sliding mechanism to do reciprocating motion along the support at mounting and loading positions, so that the steel pipe which is obtained before spraying is mounted on a spraying andconveying mechanism or the steel pipe which is obtained after spraying is demounted from the spraying and conveying mechanism. The steel pipe transferring mechanism is adopted for transferring the steel pipe, and the problems that during existing steel pipe spraying, the steel pipe is transferred through manual operation, the mechanical and automatic degree is low, the production efficiency is low, and the labor cost is high are solved.
