The invention relates to the field of aircraft skin hoisting, in particular to an aircraft skin adjustable hoisting mold. The adjustable hoisting mold comprises a hoisting frame, a pair of hoisting beams, two pairs of first hydraulic cylinders, two pairs of second hydraulic cylinders, a pair of sliding beams, two pairs of sliding blocks and two pairs of hoisting lugs, wherein the pair of hoistingbeams are connected to upper surface of the hoisting frame in a sliding mode, the pair of hoisting beams are parallel to each other, each pair of first hydraulic cylinders are oppositely connected tothe hoisting frame in a back-to-back mode, each pair of first hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the hoisting beams, each pair of sliding blocks are slidably connected to the hoisting beams, the sliding blocks located at the same ends of the pair of hoisting beams are slidably connected to the outer surface of the sliding beams, each pair of second hydraulic cylinders are oppositely connected to the hoisting frame in a back-to-back mode, each pair of second hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the sliding beams, and the lifting lugs are detachably connected to the sliding blocks. According to theadjustable hoisting mold, due to the adoption of the mode of changing the lifting points of the lifting rope and the lifting frame, the problem of difficulty in alignment when the aircraft skin is hoisted is solved, and the skin inclination angle can be adjusted according to the mounting angle for mounting.

    本发明涉及飞机蒙皮吊装领域,具体涉及一种飞机蒙皮可调吊装模具,包括吊架、一对吊梁、两对第一液压缸、两对第二液压缸、一对滑梁、两对滑块和两对吊耳,一对所述吊梁滑动连接在吊架上表面,且一对所述吊梁相对平行,每对所述第一液压缸相对背向连接在吊架上,且每对所述第一液压缸分别与所述吊梁铰接,每对所述滑块分别滑动连接在吊梁上,位于一对所述吊梁同端的所述滑块滑动连接在滑梁外表面,每对所述第二液压缸相对背向连接在吊架上,且每对所述第二液压缸分别与所述滑梁铰接,所述吊耳可拆卸连接在滑块上。本发明由于采用了改变吊绳与吊架吊点方式,在吊装飞机蒙皮时对准难得问题,进而实现了可根据安装角度而调节蒙皮倾斜角度进行安装。
