The invention discloses a cementing positioning method for a composite aircraft control surface with multiple joints. The method comprises the following steps: preassembling parts on an assembly fixture, and forming process lug positioning holes in the assembly fixture; positioning the mold surface skin, namely positioning the mold surface skin through process lugs; positioning of a control surface framework: sleeving a honeycomb core and ribs; positioning the non-mold-sticking surface skin: positioning the non-mold-sticking surface skin according to the process positioning holes; packaging avacuum bag; cementing of an autoclave: feeding the part into an autoclave for cementing; and S7, demolding: removing the vacuum bag from the tank, and taking out the control surface. The cementing positioning method designed by the invention is high in positioning precision, simple and reliable, and can effectively solve the gluing deformation condition of the whole control surface, especially the deformation of a rear beam after the control surface is glued, so that the whole gluing piece can meet the design and manufacturing requirements.
本发明公开一种具有多接头的复合材料飞机舵面胶接定位方法,步骤为:在装配型架上进行零件的预装,在装配型架上设置有工艺耳片定位孔;贴模面蒙皮的定位:贴模面蒙皮通过工艺耳片定位;舵面骨架的定位:将蜂窝芯与肋进行套合;非贴模面蒙皮的定位:根据工艺定位孔定位非贴模面蒙皮;封装真空袋;热压罐胶接:将零件送入热压罐胶接;S7脱模:出罐拆除真空袋,取出舵面。本发明设计的一种定位精度高、简单、可靠的胶接定位方法,可有效的解决整个舵面的胶接变形情况,尤其是舵面胶接完成后梁的变形,使得整个胶接件能够满足设计、制造要求。
