According to the sound-absorbing heat-insulating pad, the aluminum foil is compounded with a carbon fiber non-woven fabric for heat resistance and heat insulation; the sound absorption performance and heat insulation performance of the pad are effectively improved through the setting of the sizes and positions of the perforated holes in the perforated embossed aluminum foil; meanwhile, a phenolic resin felt is adopted for sound absorption; the effective sound absorption area of the sound-absorbing heat-insulating pad can be greatly increased through an aluminum foil perforated structure; and the sound-absorbing heat-insulating pad has heat insulation and sound absorption effects.
