The invention provides a highway network-based weather forecast and information transfer system. The highway network-based weather forecast and information transfer system comprises the following steps of transmitting data of a weather detection device of each toll gate and road of a highway network and a real-time driving condition of a vehicle to the nearest local-area memory; performing linearregression operation by a computer, feeding back the obtained data to each road network site, feeding back the data to a road vehicle, and uploading the data to a regional memory; similarly performingoperation on the data of each local-area memory by the regional memory, feeding back the obtained data to each regional memory site, and uploading the data to a wide-area memory; and similarly performing operation on the data of each local-area memory by the wide-area memory, and feeding back the obtained data to each local-area site, and storing the data for a certain valid time. Weather feedback and control is performed in real time, the data is regionally acquired, and the accuracy is improved; and moreover, traffic monitoring is performed in real time, the traffic condition is helped to be improved, and the road network problems are integrated road network transformation in future.

    本发明提供了一种基于高速路网的天气预测与信息传递系统,包括以下步骤:首先将高速路网各个收费站及道路的天气检测装置的数据与车辆的实时行驶状况传输至就近的局域存储器。通过计算机进行线性回归运算,将所得数据反馈至各个路网站点,再反馈至路面车辆,然后将数据上传至区域存储器。区域存储器同样将各个局域存储器的数据进行运算,将所得数据反馈至各个区域存储器站点,再将数据上传至广域存储器。广域存储器同样将各个局域存储器的数据进行运算,将所得数据反馈至各个局域站点并保存一段有效时间。本发明实时进行天气反馈与调控,区域化采集数据,精度提高。且实时进行交通监控,有助于改善交通状况,整合路网问题,日后进行路网改造。
